Your local dealer will offer you a number of different accessories to enhance your carport Just pick and choose the ones you want.
- Carports can come with two different roof styles, regular, or A frame. this will be one of the first things you will be asked to decide. This choice has more to do with style preference than anything else.
- The next question will probably be leg height. This can be decided based on the height of the vehicles or equipment you have.
- You will be asked about sidding, whether you want to have one side or both brought down for sun or wind protection, or only a top.
- You will need to decide if you want one end or both ends enclosed as well.
- Depending on your answers to the other questions, you may need to decide on a door. If this is the case, you are now talking about a garage instead of a carport!
There are other options, such as:
- Extra bracing.
- Gable ends.
- Windows.
- Extra, or different anchors.
- Colors. There are usually a dozen or so to choose from, so matching them up should be no problem.
